The Local Ordnance series is a landscape study depicting the United States of America as a land of weapons. A set of 48 images, each representing one of the contiguous United States, is linked by a piece of artillery.
War machines adorn town squares, courthouse lawns, historical parks, military installations, front yards, veterans' centers and cemeteries across the country.
The final image in this group is the layout of the set of images first exhibited at the Regional Arts Commission in Saint Louis, Missouri on September 6, 2013 in a 19' x 8' grid of 48 20"x14"prints.
